HSE Training for the Managers of Mazandaran Regional Electricity Company by the experts of Gam Ind. Co.
A series of HSE fundamental issues has been taught to senior managers of Mazandaran Regional Electricity Company by Gam experts.
According to the Public Relations Department of the company, quoted by Mr. Gazorani, the head of Gam Quality Assurance Office, the one-day training seminar was held on July 2, at Mazandaran Regional Electricity company and due to its authority’s request, during which Mansour Keramati, the HSE head of Gam, described the issues associated with HSE in the form of theoretical and practical topics for the audience.
Along with the announcement Gazorani added: “Given the emphasis of the company’s management on the importance of disseminating the HSE culture in executive projects; undoubtedly holding such courses would be an effective step in institutionalizing the culture of Occupational Health and Safety among the involved people.”.
He emphasized that holding such courses by Gam was important for the following reasons as well:
- Holding an HSE training course for one of Gam’s customer, Mazandaran Regional Electricity Company, for the first time by Gam as a contractor company.
- Sharing its valuable experiences in the field of HSE, obtained during the implementation of foreign projects, including Oman and Lebanon ones.
- The presence of top managers of the Mazandaran Regional Electric Company, including Mr. Marefat, Deputy Executive Director of this company.
- Acknowledging the attendees at the meeting for the usefulness of this training course and asking for more specialized HSE cases, as well as for visiting the HSE requirements at Gam Arak plant.
